Set in a collapsing Chicago, RUN is a grounded, character-driven survival thriller where a mysterious vibration-borne infection turns the city’s rhythm into a weapon. As silence becomes survival, two siblings — hyper-aware teen Rev Freeman and her fearless younger brother Caleb — are forced onto the streets with nothing but instinct, music, and each other. Alongside unlikely allies, they navigate burning neighborhoods, fractured communities, and shifting loyalties — discovering that real courage isn’t brutality, but staying human when fear demands the opposite. Intimate yet urgent, the series blends atmospheric horror with emotional realism, letting stillness, breath, and connection carry as much power as chaos.

Like The Last of Us, Station Eleven, and 28 Days Later, RUN grounds its apocalypse in culture, family, and responsibility — exploring who we become when systems disappear and survival alone is no longer enough. Prestige, lyrical, and unmistakably Chicago.

Silence keeps you alive. Humanity keeps you whole.
