Lesser Gods

CREATED AND WRITTEN BY / CHRISTOPHER J. LOVE
PRODUCED BY / LIBERIUM STUDIOS

Set in the surveillance-heavy metropolis of New Babel, Lesser Gods is a prestige superhero drama where cosmic power collides with family, grief, and legacy. When the world’s greatest hero returns as a cosmic threat, his adult children must decide whether to save him or stop him — knowing either choice may destroy everything they love. The film blends mythic scale with intimate emotion: interdimensional rifts and neon skylines meet kitchen-table arguments, childhood scars, and the unhealed wound of a family broken apart.

The story is grounded, character-driven, and emotionally raw. Powers are extensions of inner truth — grief becomes destructive, love becomes transcendent, and every choice reshapes the fate of worlds. This is a superhero film about what it costs to be human: the weight of legacy, the fear of becoming what you hate, and the hope that even gods can be forgiven. Prestige audience appeal meets mythic spectacle, building toward catharsis, consequence, and an ending that lingers.

Power made him a god. Grief made him a threat. Family will decide who he remains.
